We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully!We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute.


No weekend deliveries available. As we expand and grow please understand that we currently ship Monday - Thursday using UPS. Ground Orders are shipped 2 - 5 days, depending on your location. All orders placed before 7 am Thursday will ship on Thursday. All orders placed after 7 am Thursday-Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.


Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we will only offer one replacement per consumer.


Ordering Policy: Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via


International Shipping Policy: We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery, delay or rejection. You will be responsible for replacement costs.


We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us.


You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.


By ordering from, you are stating that you agree to the above terms. While we rarely have problems with international shipments, if there is a problem with your order, we will work hard to find a solution as quickly as possible.


Cancellation policy or change of order: Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before product ships. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation. You will be responsible for any charges already incurred.


Corporate Order Guidelines: (Minimum quantity 12 items to qualify for corporate pricing)


1. Orders of 100 items or more need at least 2 weeks notice.

2. Down payment of 50% up front.

3. Client's shipping information can be input for a charge of $3 an address on top of shipping cost.

5. Handwritten notes are available for a charge of $3 a note.
