We aim to provide a great experience every time, but even we can experience the off day occasionally. The best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our shipping guidelines and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Shipping Accuracy Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We are based in Texas, in hotter months our products containing chocolate may melt in transit, but are still edible and are recommended to be refrigerated. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.


No weekend deliveries available. As we expand and grow please understand that we currently ship Monday - Thursday using UPS. Ground Orders are shipped 2 or 3 day, depending on your location. All orders placed before 7 am Thursday will ship. All orders placed after 7 am Thursday-Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday. The order placing cut off is Wednesday at 1:00pm CST to receive delivery the same week.


Refunds and Replacements Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.


Ordering Policy Orders can be placed over the phone from 10 am to 6 pm Central Standard Time Monday – Friday (Except major holidays) or 24 hours and 7 days a week via For security purposes we do not accept order information via email.


Cancellation policy or change of order Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us before 12 pm Central Standard Time the same business day. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.
